According to a recent permit filing, Sama Cellars will open in Woodinville, located at 15902 Redmond – Woodinville Road NE STE D7.

A representative of Sama Cellars was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Sama Cellars will provide, Sama will open under C3 Cellars LLC. According to Bizapedia, C3 Cellars was originally filed for in April of this year.

Additionally, the permit filer for Sama Cellars, as well as C3 Cellars LLC is Chaitanya Bangur, according to Bizapedia.

Loop Net states that the property that will be the home to Sama Cellars is a Class A Industrial space by Panattoni Development, and is currently under construction.

They list the amenities to be “30′ clear height, heavy power, and ESFR sprinklers. DH and GL loading, easy truck access, and ample parking. Riverfront setting and flexible layouts are available. The riverfront location is in the heart of Woodinville’s West Valley Winery District, with easy access via SR 522 & I-405 to I-5/Seattle/Bellevue/Everett.”

The building was built only a few years ago, back in 2017. The square footage available for lease is listed at approximately 158,000 square feet. The building is listed as being no longer advertised.
