According to a recent permit filing, Dumplings World has filed for a location in Greenlake at 6900 East Green Lake Way N Suite F2.
A representative of Dumplings World was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Dumplings World has filed for a beer and wine rest with taproom permission.
Dumplings World was filed under Dumplings World LLC. Washington Company Search states that the LLC was incorporated on September 7th, 2023. Jiegang Zhou is listed on the LLC and the permit filing, with Washington Company Search listing Zhou also behind three other active LLCs.
The address listed on Dumplings World’s permit filing looks to be a part of Circa Green Lake Apartments. According to the website, “Overlooking one of the Emerald City’s brightest gems, Circa Green Lake Apartments puts you close to the action.”
