While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, “Welcome to Supa banana, we are a modern interpretation of the traditional Japanese gastropub, or izakaya. Combining tradition with modernity to create an experience that is both familiar and novel.”

“We honor heritage while embracing contemporary culinary trends, blending traditional Japanese flavors with innovative techniques to create a vibrant modern izakaya experience for today’s diners. We aspire to be a part of your lifestyle and fulfillment needs by being the place for food, drinks and socializing in a relaxed and casual setting.”

“Our menu features a wide range of traditional and contemporary dishes, including sushi, sashimi, small plates, and mini donburi. We also offer a carefully curated selection of Japanese beers, sake, soju, cup sakes, izakaya-style mixed drinks, tea, and matcha imported directly from Kyoto.”
