A representative of Jackalope Bar and Grill was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed for the new location, according to Jackalope’s Facebook, “We are a neighborhood modern-day dive bar specializing in FUN.”

“Our focus is on great cocktails and food prepared by great people. We offer pub fare, including pizza and hand-crafted cocktails. We have 10 beers on tap and a good local wine selection.”

For the new location, according to Loop Net, it was previously home to Bougie Brunch. The property was originally built in 1976 and is approximately 4,100 square feet.

According to an article from the Tri-City Herald, “Bougie Brunch closed indefinitely because of “unforeseen circumstances,” the restaurant announced in a Feb. 5 post on Facebook. Veteran business owners Lore’K and Chris Garofola opened the restaurant in the old home of the Kennewick Chicken Shack, 3320 W. Kennewick Ave., in 2022.”
