A representative of La Ca 38th was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While overall information is limited for La Ca 38th, according to the permit, La Ca 38th was filed for under Tuan Northwest Corporation. La Ca has filed for a beer/wine rest permission.

According to Washington Company Search, Tuan Northwest Corporation was incorporated on July 1st, 2017. Listed on both the permit and business filing is Tuan Nguyen. Tuan is listed to be behind five other active LLCs. Those LLCs are Genisis Remodeling LLC, NW Empire Properties Corporation, TK – LLC, Cause L.L.C., and TNN INC.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building has multiple-tenant occupancy with two floors. The property was built in 1923, and each floor boasts approximately 962 square feet. The overall building size is listed at approximately 1,900 square feet.
