According to a recent permit filing, La Chingona Tacos and Beer will soon open another location in the North Delridge area at 2940 SW Avalon Way.
A representative of La Chingona Tacos and Beer was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, La Chingona’s original location currently resides in Bellevue.
La Chingona describes itself as “priding themselves on serving original family recipes and popular regional dishes and the best street tacos. Sandra and Edgar Fauvet have 18+ years of experience in the food industry. La Chingona Taqueria was born from their passion for good food, family & love for their culture,” according to the company website.
Their menu consists of a wide array of tacos, ranging from chile relleno tacos, carne asada tacos, fish tacos, and more. They additionally have taco salad options, quesadillas, tortas, burritos, and tamales.
According to Loop Net, the building that will be housing La Chingona was originally built in 1947, and renovated in 1979. The overall building size is approximately 9,000 square feet and it is a one-story building.
