According to a recent permit filing, Nacho Rio Mexican Food has filed for a location in Kirkland at 14130 Juanita Drive NE Suite 101.

A representative of Nacho Rio Mexican Food was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While overall information on Nacho Rio Mexican Food is currently limited, according to the Commercial Brokers Association, Nacho Rio’s address will be a part of the Inglewood Village Shopping Center.

The property listing states that Inglewood Village Shopping Center has 20 units and consists of two buildings. The total square footage of the shopping center is 66,963 square feet, and the property was built in 1966. The property was later renovated in 1990.

According to an article written in 2022 from ConnectCRE, “Tourmaline Capital, a San Diego-based private equity company, has purchased Inglewood Village Shopping Center on Finn Hill in Kirkland, WA for $14.3 million.”

“Inglewood Village, located at 14130 Juanita Dr. NE, is approximately 60 years old and is fully-leased, according to MK Property Services. Some of the tenants at the shopping center include QFC, Bartell Drugs, Subway and Finn Hill Animal Hospital.”

Nacho Rio Mexican Food was filed under Nacho Rio Mexican Food INC., according to the permit. Washington Company Search states that Nacho Rio Mexican Food INC. was incorporated on April 4th, 2024. Alex Gerasimov is listed on the permit and business filing.
