While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Pike’s current taproom is described as being nestled in the vibrant heart of Old Ballard, with the establishment boasting a relaxed and spirited atmosphere.
Their culinary offerings are described as featuring artisanal burgers, handheld delights, and delectable shareable appetizers, highlighted by their renowned Pike Pretzel. With an emphasis on their Pike brews, they aim to provide a comprehensive bar experience, showcasing local breweries through a rotating tap and a dedicated section for their neighborhood cideries.
Accommodating both individuals and groups, their “cozy” space accommodates 45 seated guests, along with 10 at the bar, where you can engage in friendly games of shuffleboard and darts while catching your favorite shows on their televisions.
Their enthusiastic team is always ready to serve up a refreshing pint and serve mouthwatering burgers while sparking conversations about all things beer, Seattle’s culinary scene, and even the age-old question of whether a hot dog qualifies as a sandwich, according to the company website.
