While an official date for the change and what that will mean for Shiku Sushi has yet to be confirmed, Tenshi LLC has filed for the change. Kayla Bigsby is listed to be behind the LLC and the permit filing.

According to Shiku Sushi’s website, “Shiku Sushi was born out of a passion for serving top-notch sushi in a comfortable setting. Our owner and chef embarked on this adventure over 15 years ago, determined to create a space where families, friends, and date-night enthusiasts could all feel at home.”

“We take pride in providing you with the best dining experience, using only the finest sushi grade available. Whether that’s presented as refined pieces of nigiri/sashimi or put into our crowd-favorite Specialty Rolls, every bite is delicious.”

“We also offer cooked small-plate Izakaya items that you can mix and match to supplement your sushi or make a meal out of. We have something for everyone. Oh, and did we mention our Full Bar? We have signature cocktails, hot/cold sake, and beer/wine!”

“From happy hours to family-friendly evenings, Shiku Sushi quickly became a go-to spot for locals seeking quality ingredients and a memorable dining experience. At Shiku Sushi, we’re about more than just food; we’re about building connections. As the sun sets, our space transforms into a romantic environment perfect for date nights, creating lasting memories over enjoyable meals.”
