A representative of Super Chix was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to the article, “On the waterfront, Super Chix is slated to open in early 2025. At the Maritime Building, it joins a temporary Titanic exhibit, a yoga studio, jewelry designer, and future coffee shop from Fremont’s Aroom Coffee.”

“In 2022, the chain announced a franchise agreement to bring at least 35 restaurants to Washington and Oregon with franchise operators Mohammad and Elina Khadar. That’s part of a plan to open 260 locations nationwide.”

Super Chix’s press release describes the concept as “SUPER CHIX® a premium counter-casual, cooked-to-order dining experience bringing together superior and fresh ingredients, first-class preparation methods, and recipes in a fun and welcoming dining environment.”

“We are not a fast food joint: in addition to superior, never-frozen crispy and grilled chicken sandwiches, tenders, fresh hand-cut and seasoned fried Idaho spuds, SUPER CHIX® also specializes in fresh salads and in-store churned, hand-dipped premium frozen custard.”
