According to a recent permit filing, The Skal House Pub has filed for a Poulsbo location at 18881 Front Street NE Suite K.

A representative of The Skal House Pub was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what The Skal House Pub plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, The Skal has filed for a spirits, beer, and wine rest lounge permission.

The Skal House Pub was filed under Cos & G Restaurant LLC. According to Washington Company Search, the LLC was incorporated on June 23rd, 2022. Edgar Cos-Chaj and Gabriela Barojas Moguel are listed on the permit filing and LLC.

For the property itself, according to Movoto, the property is marked as not currently for sale. The property was built in 1963 and boasts 12,230 square feet of space. It is marked as a commercial space on a 0.35 acre.
