According to a recent permit filing, Roam has filed for a Ballard location at 5105 Ballard Avenue NW.

A representative of Roam was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While overall information for Roam is currently limited, according to the permit filing, Roam was filed for under Roam Bar LLC.

According to Washington Company Search, Roam Bar LLC was incorporated on April 29th, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filing is Nicole Healy.

For the property itself, according to Commercial Search, the building was built in 1900 and boasts approximately 4,100 square feet. The property itself is referred to as the Ballard Loft.

“Ballard Loft opened in 2007 and is the oldest sports bar in Ballard. It’s a welcoming space that is great for live music, dancing venues, and hanging out for sports entertainment.”
