According to a recent permit filing, Bombay Bistro has filed for a location in Redmond at 15740 Redmond Way.
A representative of Bombay Bistro was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Bombay Bistro plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, behind Bombay Bistro is Jagb Holdings LLC.
According to Washington Company Search, Jagb Holdings LLC was incorporated on September 30th, 2023. Listed to be behind Jagb Holdings LLC is Balbir Singh, who is also listed on the permit for Bombay Bistro.
Washington Company Search reports that Balbir, including Jagb Holdings LLC, is behind six different businesses in the area. Some of those businesses are Speedway Trucking LLC, Adam Freight LLC, and Gurandand 2 LLC.
For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the approximate square footage is 6,000 square feet. Additionally, the lot size for the property is stated to be 0.831.
According to Google, the address listed for Bombay Bistro was previously home to Sam’s Tavern. According to Sam’s Tavern website, there are three locations, with Redmond not being listed.
