According to a recent permit filing, Fusion Bistro Indian Cuisine has filed for a Downtown location at 601-A 2nd Avenue.

A representative of Fusion Bistro Indian Cuisine was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, “Fusion Bistro Indian Cuisine is an ode to secret recipes and cooking techniques from across Undivided India.”

According to the permit filing, Fusion Bistro comes from S.Renga Hospitality LLC. Listed on both the permit filing and the business file, according to Washington Company Search, is Kannan Pillai. S.Renga Hospitality LLC was incorporated on September 18th, 2023.
