According to a recent permit filing, Terra Tovela has filed for a location in Snohomish at 113 Avenue C.

A representative of Terra Tovela was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Terra plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Terra was filed for under Terra Tovela LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Terra Tovela LLC was incorporated on March 18th, 2024. Listed on both the permit and business filing is Heaven Strothers.

For the property itself, according to Xome, the property was built in 1930 and is marked for restaurant use. The building boasts approximately 1,400 square feet, with a lot size of approximately 3,900 square feet. The property is marked as being no longer for sale.

When doing a bit more research, Terra Tovela was formerly known as Della Terra. The company website states, “We offer the true local & seasonal dining experience, paired with warm hospitality for groups of all sizes.”
