While an official opening date and what Velveteen plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Velveteen has filed for three different permissions including a spirits/beer/wine rest service bar option.

Velveteen was filed under Velveteen LLC. Washington Company Search states that Velveteen LLC was incorporated on April 16th, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filing is Kimberly Munson.

For the property itself, Premier One Properties describes the space as having “lots of potential in this prime commercial location in the heart of downtown Wenatchee. The property is marked as being sold on April 30th, 2018. The building consists of two stories and 5,000 square feet on 0.07 acres.
