A representative of Yopparai was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Yopparai plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Yopparai has filed for two different permissions including a spirits/wine/beer rest lounge option.

Yopparai was filed for under H Bin, Corp. Washington Company Search states that H Bin, Corp. was incorporated on April 23rd, 2024. Listed on the business and permit filing is Chongson Kim.

On the permit filing, there is an additional registered agent, with that agent being Bong Ki Park. Bong Ki is listed to also be behind Ajin Corporation, according to Washington Company Search.

When doing a bit more research, the address listed was once home to The Alibi, which has now become Stilos Kitchen and Bar. What Now Seattle wrote about this change back in 2023. Stilos Kitchen and Bar has not been marked as closed at the time of this article.
