According to a recent permit filing, Zulu’s Board Game Cafe has filed for a location in Lynnwood at 5116 196th Street SW Suite 203.

A representative of Zulu’s Board Game Cafe was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

Overall information on Zulu’s Board Game Cafe is limited at this time. While an official opening date and what Zulu’s Board Game Cafe plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Zulu’s was filed for under Segar Games LLC.

Washington Company Search states that Segar Games LLC was incorporated on March 20th, 2024. Two people, Gargitt Au and Sean Flinn, are listed on the permit and business filing.

For the property itself, according to Moody Analytics, the property is described as a Glen Haven retail space with a “7,594 RSF of retail facing courtyard and water fountain. Building in good condition with renovation plans in the works.”

Loop Net provides a bit more information on the property. The building boasts three stories with approximately 16,800 square feet. The building was originally built in 1990 and each floor is approximately 8,400 square feet.
