A representative of 4 Stitch Brewing was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, 4 Stitch Brewing will be taking over what was Good Brewing Co. Taproom. This will be the second location for 4 Stitch Brewing, according to the company website.

“We are Matt and Dena Pereira. Owners and brewer (Matt) of 4 Stitch Brewing Company. What started as a hobby many years ago has grown into so much more. Matt began home brewing in 2007…the first batch was made in a large pot on the kitchen stove.”

“The operation grew to a kettle in the garage and hasn’t stopped growing since. He was making beer for friends and family, and even several weddings and events. But that wasn’t enough. In 2021, we decided to convert our 3-car garage into a 1 BBL nano-brewery and taproom.”

“We had no idea how successful, and fun, that would be! Every neighborhood needs its own brewery! In 2023, we have taken the leap of faith and opened a full-scale, 5 BBL microbrewery and family-friendly taproom in Mill Creek, WA.”

“We love exploring new beer styles! We have several year-round beers and also feature special project beers that highlight different aspects of beer making – from the grain to the hop.”
