According to a recent permit filing, WineGirl Wines has filed for a location in Woodinville at 15902 Redmond-Woodinville Road N.

A representative of Winegirl Wines was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to WineGirl Wines Instagram, they describe themselves as “Visual stimulation from our fun, family winery in Lake Chelan and Leavenworth, Washington.”

According to the permit filing, behind WineGirl Wines is Wine Guy Wine LLC. Behind Wine Guy Wine LLC and listed on the permit filing are Adam Rynd, Kelli Rynd, and Todd Link.

According to Historic Downtown Chelan’s website, “Adam and his wife, Kelli, own Coldwell Banker Cascade Real Estate, and several retail stores in Chelan including Chelan Toys & Sweets, Lake Life, Swim World, and the newly opened Woody’s Classic Man.”

“Rynd says “My family and I are very passionate about the Chelan community and especially about preserving and enhancing our historic downtown. I’m honored to serve on the HDCA Board of Directions again and I look forward to being more involved in topics affecting historic downtown Chelan.”

According to Loop Net, the property is called The Reserve at Woodinville and was built in 2017. The approximate square footage available for rent is 159,800 square feet.
