A representative of Los Colorados was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and overall information on what Los Colorados will offer have yet to be released, according to the permit filing, beer, spirits, and wine are a possibility for the menu.

When doing a bit more research, according to Bizapedia as well as the recent filing, Los Colorados will come from Nelnud LLC. Nelnud LLC was filed on October 11th of this year, with the registered agent for both businesses being Nelida Daniel.

According to RedFin, the address listed on the permit filing is registered to “Plaza Roberto Maestas,” with a note stating that the rental had recently moved without further clarification.

RedFin describes the property as “Multifamily, residences, and retail. Parking G for apartment living in Seattle. There are several apartments available in a great neighborhood. If you need to get out of the apartment and into fresh air, visit one of the nearby parks. If you don’t have a car, that’s not an issue–biking and public transportation can get you most places you want to go.”
