“We are trying to shoot for the end of November for our grand opening but do not have a set date yet. My husband and I were inspired to open another restaurant at this location to expand our business and introduce a new type of seafood restaurant to the North Seattle community. Our goal is to share our love and passion for seafood with new faces since our current restaurants are located more south. This location will have a bar area similar to our Kent and  Puyallup locations,” Nguyen, one of the owners, told What Now Seattle.

The story of Crawfish Chef began in 2016 when Chef Henry Nguyen fulfilled his culinary dreams by bringing to life a Cajun-inspired seafood restaurant. With what is said to be a rich history spanning over two decades in the culinary world, Chef Henry embarked on this endeavor to channel his passion for creating exceptional dishes and share his culinary artistry with the world.

While they are described as being renowned for their seafood dishes, a few culinary gems are said to have captured the hearts of their local patrons. Their fried rice and chicken wings have become “local favorites” and “are not to be missed.”

At Crawfish Chef, freshness is at the heart of their culinary philosophy. Before they open their doors to greet you, they state that they diligently stock their shelves with market-fresh ingredients, ensuring that every dish they serve is bursting with vibrant, natural flavors, according to the company website.
