A representative of Victor Tavern Eastlake was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

Victor Tavern Eastlake comes from Ethan Stowell Restaurants. “Opening in early summer 2024, The Victor Tavern Eastlake is a modern urban tavern from Chef Ethan Stowell, and fans of the original SLU location will be happy to see all the crowd-favorite burgers, cocktails, and local beers that we are known for,” the company website states.

“The Victor Tavern is the perfect spot for a happy hour burger and a beer after work or for cocktails and dinner with friends while out on the town. Service will include lunch and dinner every day and brunch on the weekends.”

“Located on Eastlake Avenue and close to Fairview and Chandler’s Cove, The Victor features a spacious dining room, bar, and open-air patio, with televisions and assorted games. The Victor Tavern Eastlake will feature a flexible private dining space that seats parties of up to 32 people.”

“Ethan Stowell Restaurants started with the launch of Union in downtown Seattle in 2003, which quickly garnered praise for its simple and elegant menu. Additional properties followed, including the pasta-focused Tavolàta, delicately-plated How to Cook a Wolf, and neighborhood pizza joint Ballard Pizza Company.”
