Executive Chef and Restaurateur Brian Clevenger has announced that his newest restaurant – Haerfest – will officially open in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood on Wednesday April 23rd. Haerfest, derived from Old English, represents the Autumn harvest, embodying abundance, and the culmination of farming efforts. The space will stay true to what Clevenger does best, offering a selection of handmade pastas, fresh local vegetables, and a variety of seafood and protein dishes. Starter and pasta highlights include smoked mussels, grilled asparagus, ricotta gnocchi with pesto and pine nuts, and paccheri with prawn, bouillabaisse, sofrito, and basil. In addition, Clevenger will expand the entrée selection to include items such as grilled wild salmon, lamb loin, and prime New York steak.

The space will seat 49 and offer additional patio seating for up to 10. Similar to several of his other neighborhood restaurants, Haerfest will provide chefs a platform to create dishes focused on simplicity, unique flavor profiles, and fresh, quality ingredients.

“We’re excited to be opening our 6th General Haerfest location in Fremont. We’re big fans of the neighborhood and have had a goal to serve that community for a while now,” said Clevenger in a statement. “This restaurant will be most comparable to our first – Vendemmia – in terms of style and overall menu.”

The bar program will feature hand-crafted cocktails highlighting spirits from local distilleries and around the world, a selection of local and domestic beers (including the General Harvest x Seapine helles lager), and a substantial wine list that features several Italian, French, and Pacific Northwest winemakers.

Haerfest is located at 4106 Stone Way North and will open daily from 5-10pm, with happy hour offerings from 5- 6pm, and 9-10pm. Delivery options are offered through their online ordering portal, Toast.
