According to a recent permit filing, Brady’s Cantina at PC has filed for a location in Kennewick at 1350 N Grant Street.
A representative of Brady’s Cantina at PC was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Brady’s Cantina plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, behind Brady’s Cantina is Brady’s Brats and Burgers WA LLC.
According to Washington Company Search, Brady’s Brats and Burgers WA LLC was incorporated on August 13th, 2021. Listed on both the business filing and permit filing is Chris Corbin.
Brady’s Brats and Burgers website states there are currently two locations. One is located in Kennewick, and the other is located in Sandy, Oregon.
The current Kennewick location is described as “Located in Summer’s Hub of Kennewick, Brady’s will feature 32 rotating taps of beer, cider, and wine paired with smash burgers and brats. Summer’s Hub is a family-friendly environment with 28 food truck spots all offering a different variety of cuisine.”
For the Sandy location, the website states, “Brady’s opened in January 2019 and is located in the old elusive Trout Pub building. Featuring fun for the whole family Brady’s has Oregon lotto machines.”
