According to a recent permit filing, Flying Horse has filed for a new location in West Seattle at 4520 California Ave SW FRNT SE.
A representative of Flying Horse was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Flying Horse plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Flying Horse has filed for a spirits, beer, and wine lounge and a catering permission option.
Flying Horse comes from Flying Horse LLC, according to the permit. According to Washington Company Search, Flying Horse LLC was incorporated on July 6th, 2023.
Two people are listed on the permit filing and the business file. Those two people are Sarah Suseyi Nicoloudakis and Theodore Nicoloudakis. Both Sarah and Theodore are listed to be behind multiple other companies in the area, according to the company search.
When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the space is described as a “fully built out restaurant space with high visibility and frontage along California Avenue SW.” The property was originally built in 1926 and was renovated in 1979.
The overall building has an approximate square footage of 23,000 square feet. Listed on the Loop Net leasing for leasable space is approximately 2,200 square feet.
