According to a recent permit filing, Cagette has filed for a location in Madison Valley at 2811 E Madison Street STE R-C.

A representative of Cagette was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Cagette plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Cagette is filed under Cagette LLC.

According to Washington Company Search, Cagette LLC was incorporated on October 13th, 2023. Listed on the business filing and the permit is Jaeger Stoltz.

When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building is three stories and was built in 1984. The overall building size is 23,000 square feet with the typical floor size being listed at approximately 7,000 square feet.
