According to a recent permit filing, Juniper Botanical Bar aims to open its doors in Tacoma at 5231 S Tacoma Way.

A representative of Juniper Botanical Bar was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Juniper Botanical Bar plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Juniper will come from Juniper Botanical Bar LLC.

According to Bizapedia, Juniper Botanical Bar LLC was incorporated approximately two months ago on December 4th, 2023. Listed as the registered agent and as the permit filer for Juniper Botanical Bar is Alex Mckee.

According to Washington Company Search, Alex is also listed as a registered agent for Liberating Jasper LLC. Liberating Jasper is listed to be as active and was incorporated on October 26th, 2018.

When it comes to the property itself, according to Loop Net, the approximate square footage is 4,800. Featured in the photos of the property is signage to the former Star Lite Restaurant and Lounge. Their Facebook page states they are closed.
