“The state is currently processing our licensing, so it will likely be months after that for our opening date. Overall, we’re not sure of a final opening date yet,” Moo Sook Kim told What Now Seattle.
Metropolitan Cafe and Deli is filed under Tae Jin Corp, according to the permit. Washington Company Search states Tae Jin Corp was incorporated on October 15th, 2002.
Tae Jin Kim is listed on the permit and business filing alongside Moo Sook. Moo Sook, according to Washington Company Search, also has a pending corporation under Moo Sook Corp.
When it comes to the property itself, according to Commercial Search, the address listed for Metropolitan Cafe and Deli is the M Street Medical Building. “There is a total of 4,144 square feet of space currently available for rent at this address. Of this, the minimum divisible area is 4,144 square feet.”
The overall property size, according to Commercial Search, is approximately 207,400 square feet. The building was originally built back in 2006 and has multiple floors and tenants.
