A representative of the start-up was able to provide limited information at this time, with overall information about the startup being scarce.

The business was filed for under XO Productions LLC, according to the permit. Listed on the permit filing are three people, with those three being Austin Hicks, Julianne Johnson, and Joe Zaczyk. The permit was filed on July 12th for a “beer and wine theater” permit.

“We’re a woman-owned business looking for city, state, and federal funding to restore the historic building and to get the business running in earnest,” Joe Zaczyk told What Now Seattle.

For the property itself, the new address listed for the concept was once home to Mac’s Tops and Upholstery, according to Google. Loop Net states that the building boasts 4,119 square feet of space and is marked as a warehouse space.

Edit: The representative requested for information to be updated/removed after the article was published.
