“I am thrilled to have acquired Great State Burger, King Leroy, and Bistro Shirlee from the Sea Creatures restaurant group,” Yeager told What Now Seattle. “Each concept has its unique style and personality, and I am excited to continue its traditions while adding my flair. I have already added a delicious all-veggie burger to the Great State menu. Please go check it out! As for Bistro Shirlee, my partners Chad Dale, Ira Gerlich, and I have a clear direction for a new concept and name, and we plan on providing the neighborhood what it wants.”

Great State Burger is a fast-casual burger joint that appeals to conscientious meat-eaters. The restaurant combines the finest quality ingredients with a classic menu, and sources from the best in-state providers. With limited but fantastic items on the menu, Great State Burger provides an inviting and light-hearted atmosphere.

Yeager plans to continue the tradition of each concept while adding his own flair to the menu.
