According to a recent permit filing, Omg Pho has filed for a location in University Place at 3556 Market Place W Suite 111.

A representative of Omg Pho was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Omg Pho has filed for a beer/wine rest permission.

Omg Pho was filed for under JRK & SJL LLC. Washington Company Search states that JRK & SJL LLC was incorporated on April 2nd, 2024. Listed on the permit and business filing are Sang Lee and Joon Rak Kim.

For the property itself, according to Commercial MLS, the building is a part of The Village At Chambers Bay. The property was built in 2018 and boasts approximately 10,200 square feet.
