“We are hoping for a September 1st opening date. We will be bringing a lot of things my business partner, Zoe Iida, and I, love about traveling to Seattle. We are building a concept that is calming, fun, and relaxing,” co-owner Timothy Cluley told What Now Seattle.

“We have traveled to a lot of different places which will be incorporated into our concept. Everything will be farm-to-table, healthy food. We describe the concept as being a health & wellness café. We will be open from 7 AM to 9 PM.”

“We have a high-quality coffee program and will have cocktails, beer, and wine at night. For food, we will offer things like smoothie bowls, superfood bowls, and will have a commercial smoker in the back. For the smoker, we will use it for things like smoked salmon and chicken.”

“I’ve been in restaurants for around 22 years. My business partner graduated with a degree in sports sciences and has a nursing degree. She also spent a lot of time in certified training, and outside of that spent about 10 years traveling. A huge part of what we’re doing is community building and community events.”
