According to a recent permit filing, Kipos Greek will soon open its door in the Phinney Ridge area, located at 5914 Phinney Ave N.
A representative of Kipos Greek was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be released, according to the permit filing, Kipos Greek is filed under Kipos LLC.
When doing some research, according to Washington Company Search, the date of incorporation for Kipos LLC is July 14th of this year. The registered agent name for Kipos LLC as well as the permit filing is Constantinos Bekris.
Constantinos is also the registered agent for another company called Marousi Properties LLC, according to OpenGovWA. Marousi’s incorporation date was in December of 2012 and is marked as a perpetual filing.
The property itself that will now be home to Kipos Greek, according to Loop Net, holds around 5,200 square feet of space. It is registered under King County, with a lot size of 0.23.
Before Kipos Greek, Tangerine Thai Restaurant resided at this location. Marked as closed, according to Google, Tangerine is described as a “Neighborhood go-to for traditional cooking with beer & wine in a casually stylish setting.”
According to the company website for Tangerine, “It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing the closure of our current location on Saturday, November 4th, 2023. Your loyalty means the world to us, and we are committed to providing you with the same delicious dishes you’ve come to know and love.”
