The 3,200-square-foot taproom, owned by Vulcan Real Estate and leased to Amazon, is scheduled to open in early 2024.

“My partners and I are extremely excited to bring Tapster to Bellevue. There’s so much growth in Bellevue we feel lucky to be a part of it. Vulcan has been an amazing partner for us, and we are excited to partner again with them again in Bellevue this time,” Maliszewski told What Now Seattle.

The establishment boasts an organic distillery with 57 taps featuring a wide range of drinks, including beer, wine, spirits, cider, hard seltzer, kombucha, cold brew coffee, and craft sodas, as well as food such as pizza, pretzels, and popcorn. The taproom will operate on a self-serve basis, with guests opening a tab with a staff member, activating a Tapster Tapcard, and helping themselves to glasses and pours whenever and wherever they like. The venue will also offer pool tables, shuffleboard, and swing set tables for guests to enjoy.
