A Rascal’s Public House representative was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

According to the article, “Permits filed with the city show plans for Rascal’s Public House to fill some 4,800 square feet at the base of the south tower, at 10650 NE Fourth St. It’s set to open in the middle of the year, a spokesperson for PMF Real Estate Services, which is representing the landlord, told the Business Journal.”

“Rascal’s is set to fill the former Cast Iron Studio space. It will open alongside a new Walgreens and Sea Crab House.” Rascal’s is also stated to be a pub that will service American fare.

Downtown Bellevue Network provides more information, stating in a recent article, “The space is over 4,400 square feet and will include a demo of the current interior. With that, the restaurant will feature a new bar, built-in banquet seating, new interior doors, kitchen and bar equipment, as well as moveable interior seating and tables.”

“The project team for the restaurant includes owners Stewart Harmon and Carrie Anderson, Ferguson Architecture, and 3HJ Contracting. Rascals Public House is slated to open mid-2024/ We reached out to the project manager at the architecture firm.”
