The menu currently consists of one of their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and Sliders, a veggie option, and of course their popular wings to include their signature Buffalo Wings and homemade Funky Chunky Blue Cheese that’s winning over the wing community. With their soon-to-be mainstay, however, they’ll be able to expand the menu and offer occasional specials.

Vindicktive Wings was at first a fun hobby turned side gig for the twin brother owners, Vin and Dominick Minichiello. “From December 2020 to March 2021, we spent every Saturday creating our own wings until we felt they were perfected enough to share with others,” Vin told What Now Seattle. A conversation about their wings at Rabbit Hole was overheard that led to them being offered their first pop-up on St. Patrick’s Day in 2021, and the rest is history.

The pop-up’s name was derived from the twins’ names: Vin and Dominick. With a little creativity and wordplay, Vindicktive was born. Soon after their logo of a skeleton eating a wing came along which perfectly matches the two brothers who are both “metalheads.”

They began having pop-ups at various places, such as Bad Bar and their latest at Rose Temple, all the while growing their brand. Rain or shine, they were frying wings outside for their customers in their portable fryers. Fast forward to 2023 and Vin has quit his “comfy” marketing job to pursue his newest passion on a larger, permanent scale.

The 2800 square foot space at Towne Pub was discovered by Vindicktive’s newest Partners and brothers themselves, Fletch and Mike Morgan.. “The four of us each bring our own talents and skill sets,” Vin said of the partnership.

Belltown’s newest wing bar will be family-friendly and is getting a makeover to better fit the brand with a black accented, sleek design as well as a mural. To start it will be open Wednesday to Sunday, 4:oo p.m.-12:00 p.m. for full service and “booze only” until 2:00 a.m. and then ramp up to 4:oo p.m.-2:00 a.m. for full service seven days a week.

We want to have a Seattle-looking bar with an upstate New York attitude – no bad moods, everyone is your buddy, and be known for our customer service. And eating wings is communal. It forces you to make eye contact with people and stay off your phones because you have to dive in with both of your hands.

The “brothers bar” is set to be open no later than early Summer 2023.
