“We plan to be able to open in late August of this year,” Carter told What Now Seattle, “We will feature a premium coffee service, amazing (local meat) breakfast sandwiches, (local meat) big lunch sandwiches, and “our style” baked goods.”

At the heart of Little Jaye’s menu are the delectable baked goods, prepared with love and care, just like “what your grandma used to make.” Guests can expect an array of comforting classics, including generously sized cookies, rice crispy treats, and cream-filled doughnuts, as well as a selection of both savory and sweet biscuits, bread puddings, and indulgent brownies.

Little Jaye prides itself on sourcing the finest ingredients, ensuring that every dish exceeds expectations. All the meat used in their sandwiches comes from Pure Country Farms, located in Moses Lake, Washington. This commitment to quality extends even further, as Little Jaye may even feature exclusive specials showcasing the exceptional wagyu beef.

Operating seven days a week, from 7 am to 3 pm, Little Jaye will also host pop-up dinners in the evenings, offering an opportunity to savor specially crafted menus in an intimate setting.
