According to a Facebook post from Peyrassol West back in July, “Husband & wife team Scott Cory & Sachia Tinsley, who brought nearly 14 years of Peyrassol Café at Southport to Renton, are finally ready to announce their new concept & location!”

“A wine bar Enoteca located in Normandy Park, just 15 minutes from their former location. Slated to open in August. We introduce . . . Peyrassol West!”

Peyrassol West’s website dives further, “Discover a new standard of elegance and taste at Peyrassol West, your neighborhood Enoteca nestled in the heart of The Manhattan Village. Whether you’re a connoisseur or an enthusiast, join us for an unforgettable experience where fine wines, craft beers, and exquisite small plates converge in a warm and inviting setting.”
