According to a recent permit filing, Spoonfull Thai Kitchen and Bar aims to take over what was once home to The Gerald at 5210 Ballard Ave NW.

A representative of Spoonfull Thai Kitchen and Bar was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to Google, Spoonfull Thai Kitchen and Bar will reside inside the Hotel Ballard. The space was also once home to Wero.

Spoonfull Thai Kitchen and Bar was filed under Pongwanakul Corporation, according to the permit filing. Washington Company Search states that the corporation was incorporated on April 16th, 2003. Four people are listed to be behind Spoonfull: Sommart Tosakul, Panitnan Pongpituk, Max Morawan, and Varongpattra Morawan.
