According to a recent permit filing, Sushi Koushi has filed for a Woodinville Town Center location at 17848 Garden Way NE Suite 104.

A representative of Sushi Koushi was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Sushi Koushi plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, Sushi Koushi filed for a beer and wine rest permit.

According to the permit filing, Sushi Koushi was filed for under Knuckle Croffle LLC. Washington Company Search states that Knuckle Croffle LLC was incorporated on March 9th, 2023.

Listed on the business and permit filing is Seul Lee. Seul Lee is also listed to be behind Sushi Blossom LLC, which was incorporated on October 14th, 2020.

Sushi Blossom resides in the Belltown area, according to the company website. “Sushi Blossom warmly welcomes you to enjoy authentic Japanese Cuisine.”
