A representative of The Dandy of King Street Crossing was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what The Dandy plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, the new concept has filed for five different permissions, with one being a spirits, wine, and beer rest lounge.

According to Hudson Pacific Properties, “Built in 1906 three separate hardware buildings, 411 First now is connected all three along First Avenue. Just behind the building, a quaint twinkle-lit alleyway connects King to Jackson.”

“Well-known restaurants and retailers make 411 First a destination location, including a beloved Italian eatery, Ill Terrazzo Carmine, and its new cicchetti bar, Carmine Intermezzo, as well as Flora & Henri boutique, General Porpoise Donuts, and Browne Family Vineyards.”
