While overall information is limited and an opening date has yet to be confirmed, Diamond Bay has been filed under Diamond Bay Restaurant Group INC, which was initially incorporated in 2020 according to Open Gov.

On the recent permit filing and the filing for Diamond Bay Restaurant Group INC are three names: Andy Liao, Darrel Wen Wo, and Tendy Deng. Tendy is the registered agent specifically for Diamond Bay Restaurant Group INC and is listed for three other businesses: Tendy’s Garden, Td88 LLC, and K&I 823 LLC.

The location is located in King County, with Loop Net describing the space as holding approximately 11,700 square footage. The property was originally listed back in March of 2018 for sale.

A redevelopment document from Policy Commons states that the proposed building will require excavation, with a direct citation for Diamond Bay’s location being with the Washington State Department east, and the Republic Hotel to the south.

Another government document from the City of Seattle states that the building was originally built in 1941, with the main floor square footage being 8,604 square feet, and the mezzanine floor square footage being approximately 2,600. Tendy is listed as the tenant owner.
