According to a recent permit filing, 3Bros Vietnamese Cuisine will open its doors in Burien, located at 14611 1st Avenue South.

A representative of 3Bros Vietnamese Cuisine was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what 3Bros will plan on offering have yet to be released, according to the permit filing, 3Bros is listed as a spirits, beer, and wine lounge.

According to Bizapedia, 3Bros Vietnamese Cuisine LLC, one of the permit filers, was filed for March 23rd of this year. The permit filers, in addition to 3Bros Vietnamese Cuisine LLC, are Anh Duy Vu, Thuy Nguyen, Khanh Vu, and Trang Le.

When it comes to Khanh, Bizapedia lists them as having multiple businesses where they are listed as a business agent. One of these businesses listed under the same agent name for Khanh is 13863824 Canada INC, amongst others.

Washington Company Search lists 3Bros Vietnamese Cuisine LLC with the same incorporation date of March 23rd. Khanh and Anh are two of the four business filers that are also listed on the permit filing.

When it comes to the property itself, Coldwell Banker Homes states that the business name is Huong Viet Kitchen. The property has a lot size of 16,665 square feet. The status of the listing states that is pending, and the last update was on October 11th of this year.

The listing from Coldwell Banker Homes goes on to state that the property is an “Established family-owned Vietnamese restaurant for over 18 years! Great location with high traffic. Few minutes from the airport and freeways. 55-seat capacity with a liquor license. Plenty of parking in the front, side, and back of the building.”

“For driving instructions, take exit 154 off of I-5 for WA-518 W toward Sea-Tac. Keep left to continue on WA-518 W, then continue straight onto SW 148th St. You will then turn right onto 1st Ave South.”
